Background
I worked in a family business started by my father. I learned the importance of engaging a team to work together in order to build a successful organization. Over the past 25+ years, I have managed, developed and trained individuals and groups across the country. I have worked with diverse leadership teams to find success by thinking strategically, asking the difficult questions and ensuring their people are engaged to execute the company mission and goals. I have worked for start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies in the Technology and PEO industries. My business partners and I saw the need for practical HR expertise that many companies don’t have access to on an as needed bases. We gathered a team of HR professionals that have a heart and mind for small to medium sized businesses. Our team provides HR support on-site or virtually on an as needed basis and can provide customized services to our clients.
How we work
We start with a conversation to understand what HR means in your business. Once our team is engaged we conduct a Discovery meeting and gap analysis. From there a game plan is built and the work starts. Our rates are established on an hourly basis so our clients can schedule a weekly or monthly plan without the concerns of a retainer commitment.
